Abu Qatada said that the Prophet once said, " The cat is not unclean . It is an animal that likes to wander around the house ( animal housing ) , " [ Narrated by At- Tirmidhi, An- Nasa'i , Abu Dawud , and Ibn Majah ] .


Narrated Anas Ali RA and told us that the Prophet Muhammad went to Bathhan a district in Medina . Then , he said, " Yes Anas , pour water into the container ablution water for me . " Then , the narrator pours water . When finished , he called to the former water



 

However , a cat came and licked the container . Seeing the Prophet stop until the last cat to stop drinking (he is ) the ablution . Prophet asked about the incident , he replied, " Yes Anas , including jewelry house cat household , it is not unclean thing, even none, shit . "

Narrated by Dawud ibn Salih At- Tammar and her mother explained that she Saiditina RA servants provide food bowl of porridge . Yet , when he came to the house she , proved she was praying . Then , it gives a signal to put it. Unfortunately , after she completed the prayer , he forgot the food is .

 

Came a cat , and eat some porridge is . When he saw the porridge is eaten cat , Sayyidina 'Aisha and clean R.Anha touched the cat , and she Saiditina memakannya.Rasulullah SAW said , " It is not shit . It animal around. " Aisha once saw the Prophet performing ablution from the rest of the cat licking [ Narrated AlBaihaqi , Abd Al - Razzaq , and Al - Daruquthni ] . Hadith is narrated from Malik , Ahmad , and Imam Hadith others . Therefore, the cat is an animal , which , sweat , waste container from licking the cat was sacred .

Prophet Muhammad has also given the title of 'Abd al- Rahman ibn SakhrAl -Azdi as " Abu Hurairah " which means "Father of the kittens " because of his attitude very loving cat .
